What is a TalentAgent?

Your TalentAgent will search for job opportunities for you.  They will get to know what you want to do, the industries you are looking for and they will focus on actively looking for opportunities in your areas. They will set alerts and use all available tools to send you  the job opportunities that match your profile and interest.  Their job is to sell you to the firms you are interested in. 

Am I guaranteed that a TalentAgent will get me a job?

No your TalentAgents job is to bring opportunities to your attention and sell you to the organizations you are interested in.  They make phone calls, send emails and do whatever they can to help you get an interview.  From that point it’s up to you!

What is my responsibility to a TalentAgent?

You need to make sure your TalentAgent understands who you are and what you are interested in.  You want to make sure your TalentAgent has facts about you that can sell.  Before you start your relationship with your TalentAgent, we recommend you complete your bio so they can gain a comprehensive overview of you.

When do I need a TalentAgent?

When you are serious about looking for a job.  We recommend that you take  the TalentCourses so you have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and hire your TalentAgent during the time you are looking for a job.
